Whether you’re replacing one or more pieces of equipment, making whole-home upgrades or converting to natural gas heat, we have rebates and incentives to help you save. Terms and conditions apply.

HVAC, Water Heating Equipment, Washers and Dryers

Installing energy-efficient equipment has never been easier or more affordable. Upgrade to qualifying equipment and you may be eligible for rebates and incentives, including our 0% APR financing through NJNG’s On-Bill Repayment Program (OBRP). Replace what you need now and return to access even more rebates and incentives for additional equipment upgrades. *All offers are subject to available funding. Maximum OBRP 0% APR financing is $15,000. All loans are net of NJNG rebates. For example, on a $10,000 repayment with an APR of 0% and a term of 7 years, the customer would make 83 payments of $119.05 and one final payment of $118.85. For example, on a $15,000 repayment with an APR of 0% and a term of 10 years, the customer would make 120 payments of $125. NJNG reserves the right, with approval of the State of New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, to terminate, modify, suspend or extend this rebate program. NJNG rebates and incentives do not apply to new construction. Offer applies to equipment purchased and installed by June 30, 2024. Specially trained HPwES contractors use state-of-the-art equipment to perform an in-depth home energy checkup. A detailed report will highlight the recommendations for your home, as well as the associated costs and potential energy savings.

  • Apply for financing.
  • Your contractor will guide you through the process, remember, we’re always here to answer any questions.

Quick Home Energy Checkup

Save up to 30%* on your energy bills with a FREE Quick Home Energy Checkup (QHEC)* for residential customers (homeowners and renters). This energy assessment identifies opportunities to help you save energy and lower your energy bills.  With a QHEC, we will:

  • Evaluate the efficiency of your HVAC and water heating equipment (where appropriate)
  • Assess insulation levels
  • Provide free, simple energy-saving products like LEDs, power strips and low-flow showerheads
  • And more

For only $49**, upgrade to our detailed diagnostic QHEC+*.
