Home Performance with ENERGY STAR (HPwES) Rebates and Incentives

Sponsored by New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program, HPwES is a comprehensive, whole-house approach to improving energy efficiency and comfort at home and starts with a home energy audit. Our staff can provide a list of participating HPwES contractors who use state-of-the-art equipment to perform an in-depth home analysis, testing all the components of your home – heating/cooling systems, insulation levels and air leakage.

Once completed, the assessment will show each recommended home improvement, the associated costs and potential savings.

If additional upgrades are implemented by June 30, 2013, you may qualify for rebates as high as $5,000†! NJNG customers may also qualify for a 0% APR On-Bill Repayment option.

0% APR On-Bill Repayment Option

After completing a home energy audit with a HPwES contractor and receiving a proposal for an HPwES qualified project, NJNG customers may apply for 0% APR On-Bill Repayment with NJNG for these improvements. Qualified NJNG customers can borrow $2,500 to $10,000, at a 0% APR fixed rate for 10 years* with no fees, points or closing costs. Exclusions may apply.
